Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
I retain original copyright and ownership of all the illustrations, and have the right to upload them on my website, portfolios, socials, etc., except when the commission is intended as private.
Watermarked and non-watermarked versions of the artwork will be sent via email to avoid any form of art theft of the commissioned piece.
Commissions exclusively offered to clients are not traceable, editable, or claimable by anyone, under any circumstances or for any purposes. This applies to blockchain-related technologies, such as NFTs and any form of AI technology.
I have the right to reject a commission without question.
Order of completion is not determined by the submission time, as this does not follow a first come first served basis. Therefore, there is no guarantee that earlier filed commissions will be finished before later requests, unless there is a specified deadline.
Tight deadlines should be reasonable and may cost additional charges.
It may take approximately 1-2 months of waiting time for the completion, depending on the complexity of the artwork. Time is subject to change due to tight changes in my schedule and amount of workload I have, hence I shall update the client if there are any further extensions.
I retain rights to stop working on any commission from clients who are being disrespectful, and have committed such acts towards me that can generally be harmful to the community.

– Work Process –
Once you have submitted an order form, I will check the request prior to approval and confirmation. You can also directly message or send me an email to let me know about the request.
I will contact you to confirm your commission request, so please make sure that your DM’s are open. I am authorized to cancel or place the order on waitlist if you fail to respond or acknowledge my message within 48 hours.
Payment can be made upfront in full, but 50% of the final quote is required to be settled to officially secure a slot. Otherwise, I won’t work on the commission and/or will put the request on waitlist.
I will send you progress photos (sketch, color/rendering, and refinement) throughout the process. You are free to ask me for updates, but not frequently. Current status of all ongoing commissions will be updated on my Trello
Changes may be requested for free during early stage of sketching, but limited to 2 revisions only. Additional revisions in color and other details in the later stages of the drawing process will require a fee.
The client is responsible in providing relevant details and references that should not be overlooked. I won’t accept revisions about a certain detail that wasn’t obvious, clear, or previously specified.
As soon as the commission is finished, I will contact you for confirmation before I send an invoice for completion. The remaining half of the payment should be paid immediately once invoice is received.
You will receive a full resolution of the artwork in PNG format through email.
– Payment & Refund –
For international orders, payment can only be made via PayPal in USD and PhP (Philippine Peso) currency. Local commissions are currently not available.
Clients can either pay upfront in full or partial. However, 50% or partial payment is a must to reserve a commission slot. Do not expect for any progress on your request unless I have received payment from you.
I have the right to cancel the commission anytime under any circumstances, and shall discuss a refund with clients who paid upfront in full based on the amount of work completed; similarly for commissions that I’m unable to finish by the discussed deadline.
100% refund for those who paid in partial for reservation. No refunds if the client decides to cancel the commission when the artwork has already been rendered.
Clients who issue a chargeback after receiving the finished commission will immediately be blacklisted. I will be allowed to use and resell the artwork as you lose full rights to it. You will also be reported and your identity will be disclosed to the art community.
